What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking smart, analytically minded MBA graduates with strong communication skills to lead our brokerage partnership strategy nationally, but starting with the Atlanta, GA market. This role is ideal for someone who wants to blend market research, partnership development, and strategic planning to define how AI transforms brokerage operations at scale.

This role centers on understanding market needs, designing partnership models, and guiding senior brokerage leaders through the strategic value of InsideMaps’ technology. You’ll collaborate closely with product, operations, and sales engineering teams who support the technical aspects of partner engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities across the Atlanta brokerage landscape.
  • Work with InsideMaps’ senior leadership team to shape and respond to interest from brokerage executives exploring AI-driven business transformation.
  • Define partnership frameworks and engagement models for metropolitan markets, including resource planning, rollout design, and strategic alignment.
  • Represent InsideMaps at industry events, forming relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct structured discovery with brokerage leaders to understand their operational challenges and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and technical teams to refine offerings based on market insights and partner feedback.
  • Contribute to internal strategy discussions—innovative ideas are encouraged from any level within the organization.

  • Are self-directed, structured, and comfortable developing frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Understand the real estate ecosystem and can analyze how different players create and capture value.
  • Bring experience in consulting, strategy, real estate, marketing services, or similar fields.
  • Are comfortable with CRM tools, digital presentations, and using visual media to communicate ideas.
  • Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate for a 12-month period. Existing connection to the region is a strong plus.
