What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, etc.) in customers’ homes
- Provide outstanding customer service and recommend value-added solutions
- Maintain company truck and manage parts inventory
- Follow safety and quality standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Type I or Universal Certification
- Mechanical aptitude; appliance repair experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & ability to pass background/drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to use a smartphone for work tasks
