Member Services Representative

We are looking for a contract to to hire, dedicated and detail-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team in St. Paul, Minnesota. This role involves delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced call center environment. As part of a long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and maintaining high service standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide accurate information about services and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Utilize computer systems to document customer interactions and update records.

• Maintain high typing accuracy to meet operational requirements.

• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.

• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Uphold company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

• Assist with escalated concerns, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up.

• Monitor and report customer feedback to help identify areas for improvement.

 

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Exceptional typing skills with attention to accuracy.

• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus.
