J-IMPACT Winter Business Leaders Networking Internship (Paid)

Stipend: $300
Housing: Provided for out-of-state participants

The Business Networking Internship is a 10-day immersive winter-break experience that introduces students to real business environments, influential leaders, and the values that shape resilient, purpose-driven careers. Participants gain practical exposure to multiple industries while exploring how Jewish ethical principles can guide professional decision-making, integrity, and meaningful impact.

Program Overview
Throughout the week, participants meet with dozens of business leaders in their offices and at private networking dinners. Students gain a candid, insider perspective on how organizations function, how leaders navigate complex decisions, and how values inform strategy, relationships, and long-term success.

Student Experience
During the program, interns will:

  • Engage with executives, entrepreneurs, and managers across multiple business sectors
  • Learn how Jewish values—such as responsibility, honesty, community, and purpose—inform real-world leadership
  • Gain behind-the-scenes insight into business decision-making and workplace culture
  • Strengthen communication, confidence, professionalism, and networking ability
  • Explore how to apply ethical thinking to modern professional challenges
  • Build lasting relationships with mentors committed to personal and professional growth
  • Develop clarity on career direction and position themselves to secure summer internships

Eligibility
Open to university students nationwide interested in business, finance, consulting, marketing, entrepreneurship, or related fields. The program welcomes students from all backgrounds seeking a values-driven approach to career development.
