• You have completed or are currently pursuing a four-year university degree. 
• You've successfully managed groups of teenagers without losing your mind
• You can support college-prep academics – help with study groups, give college advice, celebrate their wins
• You understand teen dynamics, including homesickness, friend drama, academic pressure, the whole package
• You can work with diverse backgrounds and make everyone feel included
• You're comfortable with authority but still approachable and fun
• You are at least 20 years old (21 years old for certain campuses)

The Summer Discovery X-Factors (What Makes You Special)

• University Connection: You understand what college life is really like and can help students envision their future
• Activity Leader: Sports coaching, club leadership, orientation leader, anything where you've made things more fun
