What You’ll Do
- Maintain HR systems, files, reporting, and support payroll/timekeeping questions
- Be a visible resource for employees—answer questions and support engagement activities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding
- Assist employees with leave paperwork and return-to-work steps
- Keep HR processes organized and moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of HR support or related experience
- Strong communication, follow-through, and judgment
- Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Comfort having tough conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
