Marketing Intern

Marketing Intern – Sara’s Mediterranean Market 

Richardson, TX • Part-Time • Paid Internship

 

Sara’s Mediterranean Market is one of DFW’s fastest-growing Mediterranean concepts—known for our award-winning bakery, gourmet grocery selection, and signature hospitality. With rapid brand expansion and a second flagship store opening soon, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team.

 

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support marketing, branding, and content creation efforts across Sara’s Market, and BMF Baking Co. This role is perfect for someone looking to build real-world experience in social media, content production, events, and retail marketing.

 

Responsibilities

Create content for social media (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions)

Assist with managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn scheduling

Support brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions

Participate in events, pop-ups, and influencer collaborations

Conduct basic market and competitor research

Help with in-store photography, signage updates, and merchandising visuals

Maintain organized content libraries and digital assets

Provide support for marketing admin and special projects

 

Qualifications

Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

Strong creative instincts and attention to detail

Excellent writing and communication skills

Knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (preferred)

Photography and/or videography interest or experience is a plus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for food, branding, and storytelling

 

Portfolio Requirement

To be considered for this role, all applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing creative work. This can include:

Social media content

Photography or videography

Graphic design

School projects

Personal creative projects

A link to your portfolio (website, drive folder, or PDF) must be included with your application.
