Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager. Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time. Location: Global - Remote (100%)

You will join a lean team shaping strategic decisions and helping expand programs that support quantum innovation; The work is fully remote and focuses on sourcing clients, closing engagements & translating technical ideas into clear business value. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads across industries interested in quantum computing applications.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline, nurture relationships, and maintain CRM tracking;
  • Develop proposals and client presentations that turn quantum concepts into clear business cases.
  • Lead discovery conversations, scope new projects, and move opportunities to signed agreements.
  • Represent the organization at selected conferences with limited travel;
  • Contribute to strategic planning and help shape growth initiatives and new service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, consulting, or R&D services.
  • Interest in quantum technology; a technical background is helpful but not required.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply;
  • Comfortable working remotely, with a disciplined and organized approach to managing daily tasks.
