Entry-Level Business Analyst

Entry-Level Business Analyst Role

Full Time

Remote Position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial and compliance projects.
  • Validate data using SQL and Excel to identify reporting gaps and ensure accuracy in business reports.
  • Prepare clear documentation, process flows, and presentations to support collaboration between business and IT teams.
  • Assist in analyzing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in meetings and support project deliverables through basic testing and data checks.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts, SDLC, and requirement-gathering techniques.
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
