Therapeutic Support Technician

Position Summary:
Kids Thrive is looking for dedicated individuals to join our Pediatric Day Treatment Program. In this role, you will provide individual therapeutic behavioral services to children, ensuring that the schedule/program is delivered consistently, maintaining a safe environment, supervising clients, and treating children and families with respect and dignity.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• A combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a mental health or educational setting, particularly working with young children.
• Direct experience with children who have mental health challenges or significant behavioral difficulties is preferred.
