Overview
The Tech Ops Quality Intern position at Endeavor Air will integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional workplace. The Intern will utilize administrative, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills to complete project-based work assignments with an emphasis in the Technical Operations Quality Assurance Department.
At Endeavor Air, the Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Quality Department is responsible for compliance with FAA regulatory requirements and Endeavor Air airworthiness program requirements through Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes and procedures.

The Endeavor Air Summer Internship 2026 program will run from the end of May/early June 2026 - middle of August 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and compiling documentation related to compliance reports and investigations.
- Participate in developing recommendations for enhancements related to safety and compliance derived from investigative findings.
- Analyze data conveyed from risk management processes and investigative tracking.
- Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives and collaborative discussions with upper-level leadership.
- Assist in internal Quality Assurance base, functional, and program audits.
- Participate in Periodic Business Reviews with Essential Maintenance Providers.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an aviation undergraduate degree program with Junior or Senior credit standing at the time of application submission.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business environment.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC proficiency with an emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word.
- Effective organizational, time management, & multi-tasking skills.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to work full time (32-40 hours/week) during weekdays, with some schedule flexibility, if needed.
- Ability to work and be based in Minneapolis, MN; relocation assistance is not available.
- Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs.
- Computer work, in a typical office environment sitting for the majority of the day.
