What You’ll Do:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on extrusion, winding, and nonwoven process equipment.

  • Degree, certification, or 3+ years’ experience in industrial or electro-mechanical maintenance, ideally in plastic extrusion, nonwoven, or related continuous-process manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of variable speed drives, PLC-controlled systems, and electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, perform precise mechanical adjustments, and work independently.
  • Proven reliability, flexibility, and commitment to operational excellence.

Work Schedule:

  • Initial training period on day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.).
  • Must be able and willing to transition to a 12-hour night shift after training.
  • Overtime, on-call rotation, and weekend availability may be required to support 24/7 production.
