About The Strength Feed

At The Strength Feed (“TSF”), we believe the battle for greatness happens long before competition day. It happens internally — between the two wolves inside all of us: the one fueled by ego, fear, and insecurity, and the one driven by humility, purpose, discipline, and truth. As the Cherokee proverb says, “Which wolf wins? The one you feed.”

Since 2017, TSF has been Raleigh’s premier destination for high-level sports performance and adult fitness training. We serve competitive athletes of all ages, motivated adults, executives, and anyone committed to becoming the strongest version of themselves. Our coaches operate with one standard: Train. Teach. Exceed. Envision.

We are looking for motivated, coachable, hungry individuals who want to grow in the private training sector and learn what elite performance coaching looks like at the highest level.
