Denali Health—a rapidly growing network of high-performing clinical research sites—is looking for a Business Development Associate to help expand partnerships with pharmaceutical sponsors and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role for a driven early-career professional who wants to learn the business side of clinical research and make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify new opportunities with pharma, biotech, and CRO partners
- Support outreach and relationship management, helping coordinate meetings and proposals
- Prepare impactful materials—presentations, capability decks, and client communications
- Track and report business development activity in the CRM for accurate forecasting
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to study startup
- Represent Denali Health at industry events and professional meetings
What You’ll Bring

- Self-starter mentality—organized, resourceful, and motivated to exceed goals
- Previous internship or academic project in sales, marketing, or research (preferred)
