ProptographyCo is a Maryland-based photo and video experience company specializing in 360 video booths, digital selfie stations, glam photo setups, and custom-branded event activations. We support weddings, corporate events, schools, and private celebrations across Maryland.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated student interested in sales, marketing, communications, or business development to join us as an Event Sales & Outreach Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience creating outreach lists, contacting prospective clients, building networking relationships, and helping drive event bookings.

This position is remote and flexible, making it ideal for students who want practical sales and marketing experience in the event and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients and partners
• Reach out to planners, venues, student organizations, and local businesses
• Assist with inbound inquiries and follow-up communication
• Learn how to explain ProptographyCo’s event packages to potential clients
• Help manage outreach spreadsheets and a simple CRM workflow
• Participate in creative sales strategy discussions
• Represent the brand professionally during virtual or in-person networking (optional)

Compensation
This is a performance-based paid opportunity. Students earn commissions for each new booking secured. Typical earnings range from $200–$2,000 per month depending on activity and conversions.
