Position Overview
This is a high-impact role for someone excited to build relationships, meet new people, and convert conversations into action. As our Sales Intern, you’ll help drive program growth, product sales, and outreach efforts by connecting with parents, educators, local organizations, and youth development professionals. You’ll help expand our reach and revenue while developing valuable experience in business development, marketing collaboration, and client communication.

This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to gain experience in sales strategy and brand-building in the youth fitness and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential leads and collaborators, including schools, youth programs, and wellness professionals

Sales Conversations: Represent Coach Kee’s 360 Training in calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote our programs and services

CRM/Lead Tracking: Maintain lead databases and help build efficient follow-up systems using tools like ClickUp

Product Sales Support: Help promote and track sales of our upcoming merchandise and product line through outreach and campaign collaboration

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support social media, campaigns, and brand messaging alignment

Non-Profit Growth: Assist with outreach for our non-profit programs and donor/sponsor acquisition

Event/Workshop Support: Represent our brand at community events or virtual presentations to pitch programs and build relationships

Market Research: Research competitors, sales trends, and outreach strategies to improve targeting and effectiveness

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in sales, outreach, or customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated by performance and excited about commission-based rewards
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage leads and follow-up schedules
  • Passionate about youth empowerment, wellness, and education
