Engineer I, II, or Senior Antenna & RF Engineer

🚀 Join a fast-growing team working on next-generation antennas for radar, satellites, and space missions! At Agile RF Systems (ARS), we design and build cutting-edge phased arrays, millimeter-wave antennas, and large deployable space antennas. Our unique 20’x30’ robotic near-field test range gives us capabilities found almost nowhere else in industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and optimize antenna elements and arrays (patch, slot, dipole, etc.).
  • Setup and run EM simulations (CST and Ticra).
  • Test antennas in the lab using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and near-/far-field systems.
  • Analyze and present results through reports and team discussions.
  • Use Altium Designer to layout RF printed circuit boards.
  • (Optional/advanced) Automate testing using Python.
  • (Senior level) Lead projects and mentor junior engineers.

Who You Are

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. or Ph.D. in RF/Antennas a plus).
  • Excited to design and test real antennas that go into real-world systems.
  • Comfortable with simulation tools and lab equipment.
  • Curious, collaborative, and ready to learn.
  • U.S. Citizen (Permanent Residents may be considered).
