Antenna & RF Engineer
Engineer I, II, or Senior Antenna & RF Engineer
Agile RF Systems, LLC – Berthoud, CO
🚀 Join a fast-growing team working on next-generation antennas for radar, satellites, and space missions! At Agile RF Systems (ARS), we design and build cutting-edge phased arrays, millimeter-wave antennas, and large deployable space antennas. Our unique 20’x30’ robotic near-field test range gives us capabilities found almost nowhere else in industry.
What You’ll Do
- Design and optimize antenna elements and arrays (patch, slot, dipole, etc.).
- Setup and run EM simulations (CST and Ticra).
- Test antennas in the lab using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and near-/far-field systems.
- Analyze and present results through reports and team discussions.
- Use Altium Designer to layout RF printed circuit boards.
- (Optional/advanced) Automate testing using Python.
- (Senior level) Lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
Who You Are
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. or Ph.D. in RF/Antennas a plus).
- Excited to design and test real antennas that go into real-world systems.
- Comfortable with simulation tools and lab equipment.
- Curious, collaborative, and ready to learn.
- U.S. Citizen (Permanent Residents may be considered).
