Spring 2026 Internship Opportunity – The White House Historical Association
The White House Historical Association is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spring 2026 Intern to support daily office operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students interested in history, business, or nonprofit administration to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional nonprofit environment.

Position Details
- Start Date: Spring 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (flexible hours available to accommodate class schedules)
- Location: 1610 H Street NW, Washington, D.C.
- Duration: Spring 2026 semester
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including:
- Conducting assigned research projects
- Filing and organizing documents
- Printing and preparing materials
- Packaging and mailing items, including FedEx shipments
- Assist with general office operations and contribute to the efficient functioning of daily activities
Qualifications
- Current student, preferably pursuing a degree in History or Business
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Must be able to work in-person
