MEP:

Protect the environment and the natural resources of the Commonwealth through enforcement, education and public outreach.

Job Description:

Assist with the operations of the Massachusetts Environmental Police Boat and Recreational Vehicle Safety Bureau by performing administration duties for the training, accident investigation and boat education units.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate information resources/staff

Assisting with other administrative tasks

Assist with trainings for the boat safety program

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with public

Data entry

MS office including Excel and Word

An interest working in a law enforcement environment

Knowledge of boats, the marine environment, law enforcement, recreational vehicles and other outdoor activities preferred

Qualifications - External
