About Resilient Future Counseling
Resilient Future Counseling is a Fort Collins–based private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy. We are seeking a Psychology Intern to support our practice in standardizing clinical and administrative procedures. This role is ideal for a psychology student who wants hands-on experience in a private practice setting and the opportunity to apply organizational, research, and analytical skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
Review, document, and help organize practice policies and workflows
Assist in creating and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical and administrative tasks
Conduct research on best practices in counseling operations and integrate findings into procedure development
Support the implementation of streamlined systems for documentation and communication
Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for greater efficiency and consistency
Qualifications
Current undergraduate student in Psychology or a related field
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Clear written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Interest in the operations of counseling or healthcare settings
Time Commitment
5–10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
