IT Officer/Assistant Store Manager (OPT Welcome!)

Position Description
Reporting to the I.T. Manager and above, the position is responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting POS systems, internet connections, installations, debit and credit machines, and all related technological areas of the organization. They will also assist the I.T. Manager with departmental and company-wide projects as needed. Additionally, this role requires assisting in store operations and supporting daily store activities on a weekly basis, including preparing drinks and helping with customer service.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong ability in working with Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressure.
- High level of organizational capabilities.
- Provide strong support to the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations, including prepping ingredients, making beverages, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support store manager with staff supervision, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies to keep the store running efficiently.
- Manage and provide technical support for POS systems, network connections, debit/credit machines, and other I.T. services to meet operational needs.
- Serve as the I.T. liaison with administrative and operational teams to understand and address technology concerns.
- Collaborate with departments and store/regional managers to ensure I.T. integration aligns with business needs and project requirements.
- Participate in the development and implementation of I.T. policies, procedures, and service offerings to maintain consistent and efficient operations
