Hiring at our Triway (Wooster), Orrville, and Rittman locations. Our Before and After school offers trauma-informed programming that is fun and where you can make a difference. Great job for college students, schedule is flexible and during the weekends off (Extra hours available on weekends) There are also options to work We run summer camps during the summer.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of kids at all times
- Plan and lead engaging activities, games, and programs for kids
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal growth and development
- Assist with meal times, including serving and clean-up
- Collaborate with other program staff to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, incidents, and behavior

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, daycare, or classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques
- Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies
- Experience in coaching sports, tutoring, theater, or other relevant areas is a plus
- Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is desirable

Requirements:
- Must be at least 14 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable and responsible with a positive attitude
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour- Based on experience

Expected hours: 20-28 hours per week
