Sales and Technical Support Intern

Cloud First is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Technical Support Intern to join our team in Melville, NY. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION IN MELVILLE, NY.  This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both technical and business operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The pay rate for this position is $22 per hour. 

You will work closely with our technical team and client management teams to support various projects and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with contract review, organization, and clean-up in coordination with client management.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and up-to-date service records and client information.

Participate in special projects aimed at improving internal processes and documentation.

Provide general administrative and technical support as needed.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Interest and experience in cloud technology, IT services, or managed service providers (MSPs) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
