Sales Enablement Lead

We’re scaling fast and need a builder who can turn raw potential into real revenue. You’ll own sales enablement end-to-end—process, training, tooling, and the systems that keep our team sharp. Think: high-quality inbound leads, strong objection handling, tight follow-up, and a sales engine that runs clean at scale.

What you’ll lead
- Build the full sales-enablement program from scratch: playbooks, scripts, training, onboarding, and continuous coaching
- Improve rep performance with call frameworks, follow-up systems, and repeatable processes
- Own our sales tech stack: HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesmsg, and enrichment tools
- Launch direct-mail programs for high-value prospects and fleet buyers
- Turn raw buyer data (web analytics, bus browsing behavior, HubSpot automations) into insights the sales team can act on
- Partner across marketing, ops, and engineering to tighten attribution, lead routing, and handoffs
- Develop the KPIs that define rep success and constantly optimize them
- Monitor rep activity to ensure every qualified buyer gets the right touch at the right time
- Build a learning culture: weekly coaching, live call reviews, rep development paths, and playbook evolution

- You’ve built or meaningfully scaled sales enablement inside a fast-growing team
- Comfortable playing offensive and defensive: strategic planning + tactical execution
- Strong command of HubSpot (automation, workflows, sequences, reporting)
- Fluent with prospecting platforms like ZoomInfo or Apollo
- You get how to align marketing, sales, and operations so the pipeline stays full and clean
- You love experimenting—new scripts, new channels, new sequences, new data patterns
- Clear communicator who can teach reps how to win
- You move fast, simplify complexity, and don’t over-build
