Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist

Join Our Team at Northeastern Ohio Children’s Rehabilitation Center! 

Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who loves working with children and families? Do you want a position that’s stable, rewarding, and free from the administrative headaches of billing and scheduling? 

 

At NEO Children’s Rehabilitation Center (NEOCRC), we’re seeking a pediatric speech therapist to join our caring team of professionals who are passionate about helping kids improve communication, confidence, and independence. 

This is an in-person, outpatient role with a set four-day schedule—giving you long weekends every week and a family-like environment where you’ll see the same children at the same times and truly watch them grow.

We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services, along with childcare and preschool programs. Your Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions for pediatric clients. 
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support communication, articulation, and language goals. 
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state and facility standards. 
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines to ensure a holistic, child-centered approach. 
  • Participate in meetings, care planning, and team discussions to promote best practices in pediatric rehabilitation. 

 

Qualifications: 

  •  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program 
  • Current or eligible Ohio SLP license 
  • Current or eligible ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred  
  • Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric outpatient speech therapy 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
