Role Responsibilities:
- Active participant in the operations team, joining weekly meetings and completing follow-up tasks as assigned
- Daily/Weekly reporting and freight tracking
- Potential projects: Cost and performance analysis of our 3PL partners, forecasting and supply chain activities, physical inventory, process improvement projects
- Appropriately represent Vesco Medical and embody the core values of the company with each friendly, informative and purposeful outbound and inbound interaction
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast – paced team environment to accomplish tasks that are part of larger projects.
- The ability to be flexible, prioritize and pivot responsibilities as business needs change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (word, excel, power point, access)
- Willing to work onsite in a fully in person office environment 40 hours a week during normal business hours
- Eligible to work in the US with legal authorization
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to support operations initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional skills including strong written and professional communication skills
- Candidates must be well spoken with the ability to articulate clinical and technical information clearly, decisively and accurately.
Education Requirements: Rising Senior working toward a Bachelor’s degree in operations & supply chain or related field
