Business Development Associate

Overview
Kenswick Partners is hiring on behalf of Futurity First for a Business Development Associate role suited for recent college grads who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and learning how to grow a book of business. You’ll work with clients, community partners, and internal teams while developing real sales and business skills.

What You’ll Do
• Talk with prospective clients, learn about their needs, and share available solutions
• Build relationships through outreach, follow-up, and community engagement
• Manage a pipeline of leads and schedule meetings
• Keep notes organized and track activity
• Support business development projects and local marketing efforts
• Learn industry basics, product information, and sales processes through hands-on training

What You Need
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable reaching out to new contacts
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups
• Interest in business, marketing, or client-facing roles
• Willingness to learn (industry experience not required)
