Sales Manager

1. Organize internal data materials, related government policies, and update data;
2. Organize a customer list based on OA e-commerce data, and follow up with customers who have signed SA (subscription agreement) but have not yet paid according to the fund company's payment requirements to complete the payment within the deadline;
3. Responsible for following up on the customer service process after signing the contract, assisting with the completion of the customer's immigration application, communicating with the customer to arrange appointments for physical examinations, fingerprinting, POA signing, etc;
4. During policy changes and waiting periods, promptly monitor the progress of individual cases and communicate regularly with clients. When it comes to investment projects, timely update clients on investment progress. Regarding projects with waiting periods such as scheduling and review cycles, timely updates on the latest progress should be sent;
5. Proactively invite suitable clients to participate in activities arranged by the company.
