Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a builder and integrator—someone who:

• Puts the team first and leads by example
• Has a great blend of heart for people and focus on the bottom line
• Is resourceful, hungry to succeed, and a proven problem solver
• Has youthful energy, can provide structure, and is ready to take on big responsibility
• Is willing and able to lead Safe Haven Fitness workout sessions
• Is willing to obtain a Personal Training Certification (if you don’t already have one)

This role is for the person who has a high motor, is obsessed with getting things done, thrives when faced with challenges, can confidently sell, loves solving problems, and is ready for the next big step in their career.

Your Playground Includes

Operation Oasis (Facility & Operations Management):

Own the day-to-day operations of the studio

Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for our members

Oversee systems, checklists, and standards so everything runs smoothly and consistently

Customer Love Captain (Member Experience):

Own the member experience from the moment they walk in the door

Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with care and professionalism

Build strong relationships so clients feel seen, heard, and supported

Workout Choreographer (Programming & Sessions):

Lead and oversee Safe Haven Fitness sessions

Coordinate class schedules and coach coverage

Help maintain a high-energy, joint-friendly training environment our 50+ clients love

Sales Maverick (Enrollment & Renewals):

Confidently lead consultations with prospects

Enroll new members into the right programs for their goals

Support renewals, upgrades, and retail sales to help clients deepen their commitment

Event Maestro (Community & Events):

Plan and help execute studio events, challenges, and workshops

Create experiences that build community, increase engagement, and drive results for our members

We are a multiple award-winning fitness studio in Roswell serving women and men who are 50 and over.

Qualifications

❤️ Community Involvement:

Minimum of 10 charitable or community volunteer hours within the last 12 months

💼 Experience:

At least 2 years in the fitness or related industry

Demonstrated management and leadership ability

🌟 Sparkling Personality:

Charismatic, approachable, and a natural motivator

🎓 Knowledge:

Basic fitness equipment knowledge

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

🚀 Can-Do Attitude:

Thrives while multitasking and juggling multiple priorities

Stays calm and resourceful under pressure

💪 Team Player:

Military and/or athletic experience are pluses

🤸‍♀️ Schedule & Availability:

• Full-time leadership role
• Primary shifts are 6:00am–2:00pm and/or 11:00am–7:00pm
• Willingness to support occasional special events or weekend coverage as needed
• Compensation
• Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications, and performance)
• Full-time leadership role with benefits eligibility upon tenure
