We’re looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our growing team and support our on-site laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary draws to collect blood specimens.

Label, prepare, and store specimens following established protocols.

Conduct CLIA-waived rapid tests as needed.

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant phlebotomy and lab areas.

Perform quality control checks and participate in proficiency testing.

Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot basic laboratory equipment.

Monitor and restock laboratory supplies.

Accurately document all procedures and patient information in the EMR.

Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program or at least one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Strong phlebotomy skills, including venipuncture and capillary collection.

Comfort working with a diverse patient population; strong communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clinical staff.

Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Bilingual in Bengali or Spanish is a strong plus.
