Founding Full Stack Engineer
VoiceERP is the #1 software platform for Amazon delivery businesses—the fastest-growing logistics network in history, now delivering more packages per day than any other network in the country. Our AI voice-activated dispatcher, Viki, is redefining how logistics teams operate.
The momentum is real: we launched in January, raised our seed round from Salesforce in the summer, started marketing in August, and 3×’d revenue in under two months.
Building on that traction, we’re creating the first AI voice platform that automates frontline management in logistics. Our system handles mission-critical workflows through natural, real-time voice interactions—replacing repetitive manager tasks like confirming attendance, coaching drivers, coordinating shift coverage, and enforcing daily compliance. What used to require managers is now done instantly through a voice interface that sounds and feels human. It’s science fiction—running in live operations.
We focus on a massive, underserved segment of the workforce: operationally complex teams with tight schedules, high volumes, and large frontline labor forces. These businesses rely on coordination and real-time decision-making, and VoiceERP gives them superpowers they’ve never had before.
To build this future, we’re looking for ambitious engineers who want to own entire systems end-to-end. This is not a place where the roadmap is fully defined or the architecture neatly packaged. You’ll shape the product, influence the direction of the company, and ship work that reaches customers quickly. If you’re driven by ownership, speed, and solving real problems at scale, you will thrive here.
We’re assembling a world-class team of dedicated builders. We treat people exceptionally well, compensate at the top of the market, and take pride in the craftsmanship of our work. But this isn’t a 9-to-5 corporate role—it’s an all-in opportunity to build something enduring and category-defining.
If you want to build serious technology for the real world, we’d love to talk.
