Role Description
 

This is a flexible  entry-level position that is paid on a commission basis. As we grow, our Sales Representatives have the first option for consulting and management positions as they open up. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with residents, community leaders, and businesses by promoting our unique sustainability products. Our knowledge base, approach to sustainability, and customer service is second to none.
 

This position is perfect as a side hustle which can be done entirely from home; completely up to you. You determine how much you want to work just be respectful of how you approach the prospects. Simply share your individual unique digital customer coupon code with potential customers however you see fit and you will recieve your commision of 30% of the revenue brought in each month for direct sales and 5% of revenue brought in by affiliate accounts you establish each month. To sweeten the deal once you join up as a sales rep we will provide you with a complimentary Personal Green Certification (a $99 value) which helps you have a better understanding of what you’re selling. You determine when, where, and how you work, all we ask is that you conduct yourself in a professional manner.
 

 

Qualifications
 

Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills

Outgoing and willingness to communicate with people

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices

Experience in sustainability or real estate is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Perfect for sustainability, real estate industry, and sales professionals

Currently enrolled in college or a graduate with a minimum of an Associate’s degree 

Candidates in Sustainability, Communication, Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related field are preferred
