General Service Technician (GST)

What You’ll Do

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical systems
  • Perform oil changes and filter replacements
  • Install, rotate, and maintain tires
  • Check and install batteries
  • Install bulbs, wiper blades, and perform basic vehicle inspections
  • Repair flat tires and stock/unload tires
  • Support teammates and maintain a clean, safe, organized shop
  • Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid driver’s license
  • A passion for cars and desire to grow as an automotive technician
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 100 lbs
  • Work inside the shop and occasionally outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Exposure to moderate noise, dust, and automotive chemicals (PPE provided)
