Art Bridges Internships

We’re excited to welcome applications for the Summer 2026 Art Bridges Internships! If you’re eager to grow, collaborate, and make meaningful contributions, you might be the perfect fit to join our team this summer. We are hiring 12 summer interns for 2026, across multiple departments (links included below).

We especially want to highlight that these opportunities are designed with emerging professionals in mind—current college students and recent graduates (within 1  year of graduation) are welcome to apply, and no prior experience is required.

Our eight-week paid ($18/hour) Summer Internships place interns onsite at the Art Bridges office in Bentonville, Arkansas—complete with covered travel, housing, bikes, and additional perks to help you thrive during your stay.

Interns will take part in a range of enriching professional experiences, including:

• Site visits to regional cultural institutions

• Participation in Art Bridges Creative Career Chats (in person or virtual)

• Professional development workshops and skill-building trainings

• Networking with staff across Art Bridges and partners throughout the region

• An introductory meeting with the Art Bridges CEO

• Recreational and social activities—coffee chats, all-staff events, and more
