Wolf Creek Race Management is a growing endurance event company specializing in race timing, logistics, and production. We pride ourselves on delivering flawless execution for event organizers and unforgettable experiences for participants. From small community races to large national events, our team works hand-in-hand with partners across local, state, and national parks to bring events to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Race Timing & Logistics: Operate advanced timing systems to ensure accurate, real-time results for participants and organizers.
- On-Site Event Operations: Assist with course setup, logistics, and execution of endurance events in diverse outdoor settings.
- Customer Experience: Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support to event organizers, athletes, and partners.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Wolf Creek team to coordinate event operations, logistics planning, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Driven & Reliable: Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts during peak race seasons (Spring/Fall).
- People-Oriented: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment.
- Bonus Skills: Technical aptitude, problem-solving ability, or prior experience in endurance events, logistics, or event management.
