Remote Sales Representative

Job description

This position is full-time and fully remote. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within the organization. We are looking to train quality sales professionals and promote representatives into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound warm calls to members that have sent in a request card to go over the benefits
  • Prepare for virtual meetings with clients through Zoom 
  • Tailor plans to clients' needs and walk through how the benefits work
  • Identify client's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
