Head Teller Vault Custodian (Full-time) Farmington Branch
LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a full-time Head Teller Vault Custodian at our Farmington office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in helping members with their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle!

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to high service standards, operational excellence and a desire to grow participation in the Credit Union.
- Actively listen to members by engaging them in conversations to uncover their present or future financial needs.
- Ensure that members' transactions and requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Referring and educating members on credit union products and services.
- Accurately and confidently open and process all account and loan types.
- Manages the branch vault, TCR's and ATM, including balancing, ordering and maintaining required cash levels.
- Enforces and monitors dual control procedures for vault, TCR, ATM, cash drawers/bags, instant issue cards and keys.
- Serves as the primary resource for teller staff with transactional questions, check approvals, overrides and procedural guidance.
- Perform a variety of duties in the branch to support daily operations.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- This individual must have proficient communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional sales abilities.
- Good computer skills.
- The drive to help their members and our growing group of teammates anyway they can.
Experience/education:
- Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience (preferred)
- GED or high school diploma (required)
