Brand Manager Trainee

Next Generation Marketing, Inc., a sales and business consulting firm, is looking for Brand Manager Trainees to join our Primo Water campaign in Dublin. You’ll receive training in retail marketing, brand communication, and customer interaction while helping deliver consistent brand experiences across multiple retail locations.

Brand Manager Trainees are the foundation of our campaign success, learning how to connect with customers, communicate brand value, and execute in-store promotions that drive awareness and sales. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, gaining exposure to campaign operations, merchandising, and customer interaction best practices.

Role Requirements for a Brand Manager Trainee:

  • As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will learn and apply brand messaging strategies to support customer engagement and product positioning in retail environments.
  • Assist in presenting Primo Water’s refill and exchange solutions with clarity, emphasizing sustainability, convenience, and value.
  • Support promotional setups, signage placement, and inventory flow to maintain campaign visibility and product accessibility.
  • Observe experienced team members to understand customer engagement techniques, sales conversion workflows, and campaign execution standards.
  • Document customer feedback and campaign observations to support performance analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to accelerate development and align with campaign goals.
