In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinician – Easthampton, MA
Full-Time | $68,000 annually
About the Role
Our client, a respected human services organization, is seeking a dedicated In-Home Therapy (IHT) Clinician to support children and families in Easthampton, MA. In this role, you’ll provide therapeutic services directly in the home and community, helping families build stability, connection, and resilience.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual and family therapy through regular home visits.
Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with families and care teams.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation for compliance and billing.
Coordinate care with collaterals, schools, providers, and community resources.
Provide crisis intervention and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
Offer guidance and clinical oversight to Therapeutic Training & Support staff.
Attend team meetings, trainings, and case reviews to support client progress.
Job Requirements
What Our Client Is Looking For
Master’s Degree in a related field (required).
Eligibility for LICSW, LMHC, or similar clinical license.
Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
Experience working with at-risk populations preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work between 8 AM and 8 PM, including some evenings and weekends. Core hours of 10-6 most days.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proper insurance coverage.
