We’re a fast-growing marketing and sales firm in Middletown, CT searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our event marketing and sales division. This entry level role offers hands-on experience, professional training, and the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized brands through exciting in-person events and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns to attract new customers and increase brand visibility.
- Organize and distribute marketing materials across event venues, trade shows, and community promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create fresh, engaging campaign ideas that drive measurable results.
- Support client management by handling follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate data records.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for live events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve future efforts.
- Engage directly with customers at events, providing friendly, informative service and building strong relationships.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company and clients with energy, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required; college education or coursework preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing brands in public settings.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Middletown office and surrounding areas.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative, energetic environments.
- Availability to start within the next 2–4 weeks.
