The Center for Healthcare Policy and Research requests the appointment of Alain Pena Garcia (arpenagarcia@health.ucdavis.edu) as a Student Assistant IV, title code 4919 with a 10% FTE effective January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026. The hourly rate of pay will be $ 17.00 for a maximum of 19.6 hours per week. The primary worksite location is Ticon 1.   

Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with the identification and screening of potential clinical trial participants• Collect complex data and keep complete and accurate records• Collect and process biological samples• Attend team meetings and work harmoniously with other team members and study co-investigators to accomplish study-related tasks• Assist with maintaining regulatory documents• Ensure adherence to the study protocol and keep appropriate study documentation• Assist with developing data management systems, data entry, and data analysis and create tables and figures• Assist with coding videos of patient-doctor interactions• Assist with searching for and reviewing relevant medical literature.
