Physical Therapist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are growing our team and looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to do meaningful, high-quality work without the constraints of traditional PT models.

Our care model includes:

• One patient at a time

• 60 minute sessions

• No mills

• No visit quotas

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• DPT and eligible for CA PT license

• Certifications or interest in performance and strength training (CSCS, OCS, ICE, etc.)

• Comfort with active adults and recreational athletes

• One year of outpatient ortho experience preferred

• New grads with strong reasoning and a growth mindset encouraged to apply

Clinical Model and Schedule:

• One-on-one, 60 minute treatments

• 35 to 40 hour work week, 35 Patient visits per week!

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Pay Range: $80,000 to $103,115+ per year, depending on experience and visit volume
