Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Conduct outreach to dance studio owners, instructors, and community leaders.
• Run product demos, host webinars, and assist with lead generation.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption in the dance studio market.
Customer Success & Support
• Onboard new clients and guide them through setup and platform features.
• Provide responsive support via email, chat, or phone.
• Collect and share user feedback with the product team.
