Program Operations Coordinator

CFC Foundation exists to cultivate hope, belonging, and growth through the game of soccer in neighborhoods across Chattanooga. We believe soccer is more than a sport — it’s a powerful tool for connection, development, and transformation.

One of our core programs, Chattanooga Sports Ministries (CSM), creates spaces where young people experience personal and spiritual growth through the rhythms of team and community. CSM uses the game as a platform for faith-integrated mentoring, character development, and leadership training. Our coaches and staff invest deeply in players — both on and off the field — helping them grow as athletes, students, and people.

The CSM Forge program is our fall and spring competitive soccer program, providing players ages 9-19 with an opportunity to train and compete at a higher level while staying rooted in holistic growth.
