Lifestyle Coordinator
The Lifestyle Coordinator helps create fun, engaging experiences for the Waterford Lakes Community Association, serving over 3,000 households in East Orlando. This role blends event production, social media content creation, and community engagement. It’s a great opportunity for early-career creatives who want hands-on experience and a portfolio that shows real impact.
In this role, you will:
• Plan and support community events, festivals, and activities
• Create short-form videos, reels, and photo content for social media
• Design graphics and announcements using Canva
• Capture live event content and produce recap media
• Schedule and manage posts across social platforms
• Assist with vendor coordination (food trucks, performers, entertainment)
• Help set up and break down events as needed
• Update signage, décor, and community information displays
• Conduct walk-throughs of amenities to ensure they look event-ready
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Support office operations and communications
What we’re looking for:
• Creative, energetic, outgoing personality
• Strong social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Experience with short-form video (Reels, TikTok, CapCut)
• Basic design skills (Canva required)
• Strong communication and organization abilities
• Comfortable interacting with residents and vendors
• Ability to work independently and bring new ideas
• Comfortable working at events, outdoors, and on your feet
Requirements:
• Must be able to work some nights/weekends for events
• Ability to lift 50 lbs for event setup/breakdown
• Reliable transportation
• Background check
• Comfortable working outdoors during events
