Job Description

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Customer service experience (call center a plus)
  • Microsoft Office & strong computer skills
  • Healthcare/medical terminology helpful
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals
  • HIPAA-compliant home office with hardwired 25 Mbps internet

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls
  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Document and process information accurately
  • Communicate clearly, including complex or difficult details
  • Meet KPIs (Quality, AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
