Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- Customer service experience (call center a plus)
- Microsoft Office & strong computer skills
- Healthcare/medical terminology helpful
- Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals
- HIPAA-compliant home office with hardwired 25 Mbps internet
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Document and process information accurately
- Communicate clearly, including complex or difficult details
- Meet KPIs (Quality, AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
