Linehaul Dispatch & Route Integration Specialist (CA–TX Route)
Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. Logistics Group is a large-scale integrated warehousing company that provides comprehensive cross-border e-commerce services, including international warehousing and logistics, Amazon FBA fulfillment, and drop-shipping solutions. The company operates major warehouse centers across the United States, including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Houston, and New Jersey, with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet nationwide.
Due to business expansion, we are now hiring one Linehaul Dispatcher(CA-TX Route). Work location: Fontana, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Freight Consolidation
Manage and organize outbound loads from California to Texas.
Build daily/weekly dispatch plans and coordinate with internal teams.
Optimize load combinations, improve trailer utilization, and reduce deadhead miles.
Backhaul Sourcing
Use DAT, TruckSmart, Truckstop, 123LoadBoard, and other platforms to find TX → CA or nearby return loads.
Contact brokers and shippers directly to negotiate rates and schedules.
Track load execution, ensure on-time pickup/delivery, and verify POD submissions.
Dispatch Coordination
Communicate with drivers and carrier partners for pickup/delivery scheduling.
Monitor truck locations and report delays, layovers, or detention issues.
Update load status in real-time and coordinate with customer service teams.
Platform & Data Management
Operate company load board accounts and post available trucks and loads.
Maintain freight and backhaul databases.
Prepare weekly reports (lane utilization, average margin, deadhead rate, etc.).
Relationship Development
Maintain positive relationships with brokers and shippers.
Build long-term partnerships along major lanes (LA–DFW / LA–HOU / LA–SAT / LA–AUS).
Qualifications
Proficient with DAT, TruckSmart, Truckstop, 123LoadBoard, Convoy, or C.H. Robinson Navisphere.
Strong understanding of U.S. trucking dispatch operations (LTL & FTL).
Previous experience in dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics coordination preferred.
Good written and verbal English communication skills (phone & email with brokers).
Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Existing owner-operator or carrier network.
Familiar with Southern California and Texas logistics markets (Fontana / Houston / Dallas / San Antonio).
Knowledge of LTL pallet-based and liftgate delivery models.
Experience in load planning or freight matching across multiple lanes.
Salary
$25–$35/hr, with potential for advancement based on performance and experience.
