Position Overview

BMMSA Dermatology is seeking a full-time or part-time experienced, motivated, and business-minded Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of hands-on experience, a strong understanding of skin health, and an established or developing clientele (preferred).

This role offers the opportunity for autonomy and professional growth — including the ability to market and promote your own services while benefiting from the support, reputation, and resources of our established dermatology practice.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced skin treatments, including:

Chemical peels

Customized facials

Laser hair removal

Microdermabrasion

Lash and brow treatments

Spray Tanning

Conduct detailed skin analyses and develop individualized treatment plans.

Educate clients on skincare regimens and product recommendations for optimal results.

Maintain accurate client records and adhere to all health and safety standards.

Actively engage in self-promotion and client outreach, including social media marketing, networking, and community engagement (supported by the practice).

Foster client retention and satisfaction through professional communication and results-driven care.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as an Aesthetician (required).

Minimum 2 years of professional aesthetic experience (medical spa or dermatology setting preferred).

Expertise in acne treatment, corrective skincare, and pro-aging therapies.

Strong technical skills in chemical peels, facials, and device-based treatments.

Existing clientele preferred, with the ability and motivation to continue building a personal client base.

Confident in using social media or other marketing tools to promote services and engage clients.

Professional, reliable, and committed to continued education.
