Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to support our product team with website optimization, user research, data analysis, and feature development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, UX, fashion tech, and learning how digital products are built and improved. As a Product Intern, you will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing partners to help elevate the customer experience on Azazie.com.
This internship timeframe can be 3-6 months, possibility of full-time hire depending on performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Product Support & Execution
- Assist in gathering requirements for new features and website improvements.
- Help prepare product documentation, including feature specs, user stories, and QA checklists.
- Support product managers in coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, customer support).
User Insights & Research
- Conduct basic market research and competitor comparisons.
- Assist in collecting and synthesizing customer feedback across channels.
- Help compile insights on user behavior and trends to support product decisions.
Data & Analytics
- Learn how to analyze key product metrics (traffic, conversion rates, funnel performance).
- Support data extraction and reporting using analytics tools (training provided).
- Assist in tracking the performance of new features and A/B tests.
Project Coordination
- Help prepare project timelines, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand ups, and product reviews to observe the product development lifecycle.
Quality Assurance
- Assist in testing new features and updates before launch.
- Help identify bugs, inconsistencies, or UX issues and document them clearly for engineering.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, product management, UX, or digital consumer experiences.
- Basic understanding of data analysis or willingness to learn tools like GA4.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion, weddings, or customer experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
