Maintenance Technician

Sumter Easy Home LLC produces and distributes home organization and housewares to a variety of clients, including Ikea, Walmart and Lowe’s. 

Must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machines and facility equipment.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues; perform timely repairs.

Assist with equipment installation, adjustments, and upgrades.

Keep accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation.

Respond quickly to downtime events to minimize production interruptions.

Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repair, and troubleshooting.

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/production environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work overtime for urgent repairs preferred
